Can't figure out this myspace comment...?

My friends sent another friend of mine a comment about my best friend, and I don't understand what it's saying.

her dad thinks she has an eating disorder, which is NOT true. so he makes her go to the hospital to eat fattening bars. Its really sad. She just works out and eat really healthy. I guess it shows to much.%26lt;/bg color%26gt;

When he says "It shows to much," Does he mean he thinks she's fat or something? Because my best friend is not fat, and she doesn't even have a freakin eating disorder. She is pretty, skinny, and this message is really starting to bug me.

Her working out and eating healthy is so effective that she looks overly skinny to her dad and he thinks she has an eating disorder, which is why he periodically takes her to the hospital.

what he means is that you can tell she hits the gym too much therefore her dad probably thinks shes too skinny.

Maybe he thinks that this girl is showing her dad that she likes to work out a lot and eat healthy which might concern him about why shes doing all this health stuff
