Myspace spam - is it because she is clicking on my profile alot?

I am getting frequent myspace comment spams from one person in particular.. Is it because she is clicking on my profile alot? Would someone be able to explain this myspace spam to me??

There can be a zillion answers to this question, but I'll give you the ones that are the most likely to be the issue.

She has been "infected" with a spam bot. (a spam program) and now that bot is using her to spam any and all her friends, not just you. That is bad and can cause no only the site and your page issues, but some bot programs can have back ground worms or a virus that can burrow all the way into your home system, then you got some bigger fish to fry. Then it can get into all your personal email address to spam then and so on and so on.

So here is a few things you can do and forgive me if I say even the simple stuff you may already know. I am not sure what you do or do not know, so I want to give you the best tips and be able to understand them fully. If you have any questions, never hesitate to ask me. I've had plenty issues and love to give others the benifit of my labors......

**She needs to go through all her comments and get rid of any and all spam comments. She should know what they look like, and she should also let whom ever sent the spam comment know they have been "phished" or "spamed" so they can fix the problem on their end. It's kind of like a never ending problem. There is always someone on the other end that has the problem and back and back it goes. Worse case is, some pages just plain get jacked and the origianl user no longer is in control of that page and they may have already made themselves a new one, not being able to delete the one that got high jacked. It happens more then you know.

**Spam comments I am sure you know what they are, the ones that say "hey, take a look at this cool site, or get a free whatever, bla bla bla....anything that is not an actual comment from your friends

**You and she need to change your passwords ASAP and it's good to do so about once a month.

**Protect your page. AFTER you change your password. Adjust your settings. Do the following

-Edit profile

-Account settings

-Privacy should be that your profile is viewable by your friends only

-Spam settings

She just comment alot in ur profile! Block her if u don't like it!

She has been hacked.

She needs to change her password and get rid of the comment that is being sent from her page to yours.

Don't click on it or you will be the next person to be hacked.

Go to safemode and erase the comments.
