that is an address telling your computer where that picture is located, but as you can see its still a jpg format.

The easiest way is to first transfer the picture to your PC. Then upload the picture to you web page and use the provided software to give the picture a caption.

When you download the pictures onto your computer, they go into a file. Go to the file and save the picture as a BMP. Then, go tp START, programs, accecories, paint, and there you make it smaller, otherwise myspace will not put it on because it's too big. Then, when you go to "Add/Edit pictures", click on the button, next to where you put the URL, that says "browse", adnd then go to the file on your comptuer nad click on it, and it should put it in the bar.
